That's a Wrap!

Our day began with four tired people heading for Rio Grande State Park for the final day of filming. We arrived at 8:05-- just 5 minutes later than the targeted time. The cool morning air welcomed us as we unloaded chairs, water, snacks, cameras, and the mic one last time for this film. Our patient friends awaited us and encouraged us on to excellence with their kind and gracious words. We could not have asked for a better group of friends to make a movie with!

Abby arrived in a blue dress but did a quick change in the car half way through the morning. Allison is changing her hair for the scene as well.

I love this picture! Nine friends working hard together to shoot the final scenes of "Murder at the Masquerade".

As the shooting began to wind down, the actors began the process of saying good-bye and moving on to other summer events. The final scene filmed included only four.

The lovely Admiranda and her dear friend, the beautiful Celestine

That's a wrap! A bittersweet ending to a fabulous and fun two weeks.

While we sadly say good-bye to the summer 2012 filming, we anxiously await the final product. The best is yet to come!

We loved being a small part of it. We will head home tomorrow on the final leg of our trip.
