Nothing tastes better on a hot summer day...
Don't you wish you had this recipe? Mmm... it's our favorite marinade for summertime grilling. Here ya go....
Family Favorite Kabobs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 T. prepared mustard
2 T. parsley
3 t. pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
We use the marinade for chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, onions, squash, and sweet corn cut into 2-inch pieces. The recipe originally called for pork tenderloin, but our family prefers chicken. The recipe also suggests eating these delicious kabobs with boiled red potatoes, and we've found that recommendation to be a good one. Enjoy!
