All you need is a cake mix, any flavor, 1/3 cup oil, and 2 eggs. Mix the ingredients together until well combined and bake on ungreased cookie sheets in a preheated 375 degree oven for 6 - 9 minutes.
A great way to get a quick cookie fix! We used a cherry chip cake mix today, and everyone at my house loves them.
With cooler weather in ABQ this week, I can smell a touch of fall in the air. I think I'll try a box of spice cake mix real soon. Only this time, we will have to double the recipe to get more cookies because 30 cookies get snapped up at my house too quickly!

Ben has got into baking - and eating sweets! We tried this recipe today. Yummy! I've never seen cherry chip cake mix. We don't have it here I guess.
