We had the time today to sew, and the time has come for Chloe to learn!
I taught her how to whip stitch and make knots today. Although I showed her how to thread a needle, I didn't want to frustrate her enthusiasm by getting her bogged down in threading a needle, so I did that part for her--this time.
You can find this bookmark project here. We modified it a bit to suit our fancy. I found several projects at the kids sewing project site that will help me to teach Chloe to sew.
