Although I don't enjoy snow all that much because of the cold that comes with it, I have to admit, it IS beautiful. I wasn't sure how I felt today about having it snow on my birthday, but the Lord always knows what we need better than we do.
I love seeing snow on the mountains behind our house.
The snow today gave me rest! I decided to slow down today and enjoy this time of wonder with my kids. Grant and Chloe wanted to head to the park to see if more snow had accumulated there.
They guessed correctly! The snow at the park, wider and deeper, was breathtaking.
I had a great day and a great week. A dear friend made me this cake earlier in the week. I am truly blessed!
