Chloe has been very happy the last couple of days with all the sun, warmer temperatures, and diminishing winds. This afternoon, she suddenly got excited about what she could learn about spring.
Chloe: I could learn about ladybugs, butterflies, and bees!
Me: Well, yes, you could. What about flowers?
Chloe: Oh yes! I could learn about roses because they are my favorite, and tulips, and daffodils! And birds! Where are those bird glasses Momma?
Me: Bird glasses?
Chloe: Yes, those bird glasses. You know, so I can look at the birds outside eating.
Me: Oh! You mean the binoculars!
Well, I think I like that---bird glasses. I think binoculars will forever be bird glasses to me!

If she wants to learn about Ladybugs, I ordered ladybug larva for school. We are watching the life cycle of the lady bug. The boys love watching it too.
