Somebody's Watchin' Me

Chloe plays with the kids' binoculars a lot. Today we found out that she never knew binoculars had a purpose other than holding them up to one's eyes. The following replays the conversation we had with her today.

Chloe (looking through the binoculars): Mommy! This is so cool! It makes things up close!
Me: That's so funny that you didn't know that before!
Abby: Well, binoculars are hard to use for little kids.
Chloe: Yeah, but when you get to five, you finally figure it out!
