I love to browse through old pictures. While doing that today, I found a few of Grant that I wanted to share. He must be around 2 or 3 years old in these pictures. A couple of thoughts went through my mind as I looked through the old pictures. One, how can the time march on so quickly? Was Grant ever really that little and cute? Two, I had forgotten how green the world could be! Look how green and beautiful the grass is! Growing up in Texas, I took the green for granted. Living in New Mexico, I now appreciate how nice the world looks in another color besides brown!

What great pictures! What a cutie in those cowboy pj's!
How adorable! Yes, Grant was that cute and as a matter of fact he still is cute. Yes, green is nice. I remember when we lived in Las Cruces from 1964-1967 I missed the color green. I also missed those good ole North Texas thunderstorms and wouldn't you know, God moved us to Houston so that we could experience hurricanes!

That is too cute!! And, now that I know Dallas a bit.. I am willing to bet... that behind that fence in your back yard.. is a little alley that leads to all the driveways and garages! hehehehe that is something I am still not really used to! We go to see my sis in law and pull up to the front of her house.. and there is no driveway! The garage is in the back! :)
Hey Tania. Yes, many of the newer homes are like that. We actually lived in an old neighborhood, so behind that fence was an alley where we put our trash, but no garage. Our garage was detached, but most were not.
