Chloe wants so badly to tell jokes and understand them. Here is her most recent attempt.
Chloe: What do you call a potato with speckles on it?
Me: I don't know. What?
Chloe: A spectator!
Me: Wow Chloe! That's really a good one, and you told it so well!
Chloe: Yes, and I TOTALLY get this one. You know, it's like-- a potato with speckles on it. Do ya get it? Ha ha ha ha ha.....
Well, the good thing is that she now knows what a spectator is, and after a little explanation, she REALLY understands the joke--I think.

That is so funny and cute. Good job, Chloe. You are really beginning to understand jokes. Next time I see you maybe you will have a few knock-knock jokes to tell me like Benjamin does.
