Weekly Report

With the snowy blast we received outside this week, the kids made up their own indoor game. Balloon volleyball with left over birthday party decorations kept them active between subjects in school.
Grant passed his final exam with flying colors to complete his multiplication math book. He started the division book this week.
We did a great art project today that I found at Deep Space Sparkle. Abby is splatter painting her paper.

Splatter painting is so much fun, Chloe went next.

They painted with brushes, paper clips, toothpicks, beads, dixie cups, and anything else they could find to put texture onto their paper.

We put the paintings outside to dry.

Once they were dry, they cut pumpkins and leaves from the textured paper and glued them onto black cardstock. They painted in the details with metallic gold paint. Aren't they pretty?!
